All our products come with a 12 month warranty.

We will accept any returned merchandise for a credit to be used against other items purchased on our site, providing that the returned item is sent back unopened and undamaged in any way, within 7 days of your receipt of it.

When returning goods, please send us an email with your name, order number, product name, and the reason you are returning the order.

We will not accept any returns for credit against future purchases without this information.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

We will not be responsible for returns of "faulty" product if we find the item has been damaged in any way after receipt by our customer.
